Quand on prend cet œuf en main, il faut trouver le bon point d'ancrage au niveau des deux cercles argentés. Il émet alors des impulsions avec sensations électriques ou et battements profonds. Je le maintiens alors jusqu'à ce qu'il s'éteigne tout seul. Le plus souvent je me suis déjà endormie. Je l'utilise également pour me calmer dans la journée et cela fonctionne très bien. si je me réveille la nuit, je le reprends et je me rendors avec lui. Donc pour ma part, ce petit objet agit très bien sur mon stress et insomnies.
