Return policy

We accept returns provided your item is unused and in its original packaging.

The return must be requested within 14 days after receipt of your package.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package within 5 to 10 days on your means of payment after deduction of shipping costs (€4.99), non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us before any postal shipment, otherwise we will not accept your return.
