You can't wait to receive your order and we understand you...

We do our best for you. You will receive it within seven to fifteen days after dispatch, knowing that it takes one to three days for dispatch.

You will be kept informed of the dispatch of your order by e-mail. You can follow its progress on our order tracking page or by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

Your patience will be rewarded. We're sure you'll love your products!

Rest assured, this is completely normal. To enable you to obtain items that are already available as quickly as possible, we ship your order in several instalments.

Our guarantee is: satisfaction, exchange or refund. Valid up to 30 days after receipt of your order. So whatever your reasons for wanting to complain,contact us. You will be quickly helped.

All you have to do is return the item(s) to us. However, the return costs will remain your responsibility.


You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will be able to help you without problems. On the other hand, beyond 24 hours, it will be too late to modify the address, and you will have to send your package back to us to obtain a replacement. Le Marchand Futé cannot be held responsible.

Don't panic. If your order arrives damaged, contact us. We will respond to your complaint.

We will replace the item and send the new item at our cost.
